Vendor Registration Levels
Registration at these levels is specific to the Trade Show floor. Each standard exhibitor space includes a 6-foot table and two chairs. For organizations requiring an expanded footprint, please select additional booth space provided in the section below.
Bronze – $1,500

Bronze level, plus Ad in digital program
Gold – $5,500
Silver level, plus Logo on OAPT App and OAPT Website
Platinum- $10,000 (limited to 2)
Gold level, plus an area designated to you during the conference
Conference Title – $25,000 (Limited to 1)
Silver level, Everything in Platinum, Larger area designated to you and 30 minute presentation during our conference

Food & Beverage Sponsorship

Position your brand at the heart of the action. As an Exhibit Hall & Common Area Sponsorship, you’ll enjoy a dedicated high-visibility space Sunday through Wednesday, to showcase your latest innovations, display premier signage, and share your story with industry leaders.
Beyond the booth, your space serves as a professional hub—perfect for fostering meaningful connections in a centralized, energetic environment. You will need to provide all marketing items for your space.
Atrium – $20,000 (Limited to 1)
This high traffic area is outside of the Grand Ballroom and conference registration.
Birch Hall – $10,000 (limited to 1)
Birch hall is a high traffic area for all of our break out sessions, giving you great exposure.
Cypress hall – $10,000 (Limited to 1)
Cypress hall is a high traffic area for all of our break out sessions, giving you great exposure.
The Study – $10,000 (limited to 1)
This area is located out side of the Northpointe Ballroom (Trade Show floor) and home to our OAPT Drivers Summit.
Hotel Lobby – $10,000 (limited to 1)
Welcome guest as they come and go to the conference or to relax in their rooms.
Hotel elevators – $5,000 (signage only)
Allows your branding to be visible to our members as they come and go to their rooms.
OAPT Summit Sponsorship
Through a variety of sponsorship levels, OAPT partners help offset costs for school districts while strengthening training, resources, and support for transportation professionals across Ohio. Sponsor logos and branding will be prominently featured throughout all sessions and related materials.

Evening Vendor Hosted Event Nights Available
Vendors are welcome to host an event night in conjunction with the OAPT Conference and Trade Show. All vendor-hosted events must be coordinated in advance with the OAPT Trade Show Coordinator.
If hosting an off-site event, vendors must ensure the opportunity is open to all conference attendees.
Events held at The Ohioan require separate coordination directly with The Ohioan to secure space and comply with venue requirements.
