ATTENDEE REGISTRATION DETAILS
The Annual Conference & Trade Show rate is discounted for our members. Any non member that wishes to participate in the event may apply for OAPT membership by visiting the membership page. Please note membership will not be approved unless an applicant meets criteria as identified in OAPT Bylaws, and until payment has been received. If we are unable to approve membership, a non member is welcome to register for conference at the non member rate. If membership is approved, the member may return to this page and register for the conference. We would be happy to assist you with registration and answer any of your questions. ONLINE REGISTRATION
FULL REGISTRATION (Open Lateing March 2021) – This is our discounted rate for OAPT Members. Attendees may participate in all conference programs, special events and the trade show. This option is the best value.
OTHER IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
FORMS OF PAYMENT: You may purchase your registration by any of the following payment options: check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), purchase order or via PayPal account. Please note that all registrations must be paid or be accompanied by a purchase order prior to the conference. Submission of registration stipulates that full payment will be made and is guaranteed. For liability reasons, OAPT will not accept emails with credit card information. All credit card transactions must be processed through our secure system.
No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after the first session of conference begins. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No shows or lack of cancellation will be billed at full registration price, no exceptions. Substitutions are allowed at any time. Simply send an e-mail to bkillian@oapt.org and provide the name, and contact information for the substitute attendee.
